SERVICES AND RATES
Initial Phone Consultation, 15 minutes: Free
Individual Therapy (Child or Parent), 60 minutes: $150.00
I offer both in-person sessions and telehealth.
As a policy, I only see children for in-person appointments.
Family Therapy (Child and Parents), 60 minutes: $175.00
Payment options and Insurance:
I am an in-network provider with Aetna, Premera Blue Cross, Lifewise, United Healthcare, and Regence. I can bill those insurance plans as long as you qualify for a mental health diagnosis. If you have a different insurance plan, you can use your out of network benefits and I will provide you with a statement (what is known as a "superbill"), which you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Payment is accepted by cash, check, or VISA.
I believe in making therapy available to anyone who wants to do the work, and I believe in giving directly to my community. I therefore have a few scholarship, or lower-fee, slots in my practice. These slots are available for 3-4 sessions. If this is a necessity for you, please tell me and I will let you know if one of these scholarships is available.
